Big Ben, From My Hospital Room At St Thomas’s Hospital

This made a welcome distraction from my latest regular stay at St Thomas’s Hospital earlier this week. It was also good experience learning how to use my new camera.

The name Big Ben is often used to describe the tower, the clock and the bell, but the name was first given to the Great Bell. It’s in The Elizabeth Tower, which stands at the north end of the Houses of Parliament, which was completed in 1859.
